Hughes Housing is a property developer based in Philadelphia, now expanding into Delaware County. We buy homes directly from families navigating estate situations, long-tenure ownership, and life transitions. We renovate them thoughtfully and sell them to the next family who will live in them. We are a small operation by design, doing one home at a time, with the care that comes from working in our own neighborhoods.
Developing New Homes in Philadelphia
We work primarily with homeowners who do not want the chaos of a traditional listing.
